Assigning a New Card to Pay for Your Storbie Site

This article explains how to update the payment card associated with your Storbie subscription.

Step 1: Access the Manage View

Log in to your Storbie account and navigate to the "Manage" view. 

Step 2: Go to the Settings Page

In the left-hand menu of the "Manage" view, find and click on "Settings."

Step 3: Navigate to the Accounts Tab

Within the "Settings" page, you'll see several tabs. Click on the "Accounts" tab.

Step 4: Manage Cards

Scroll down the "Accounts" page until you find the "Balance and Payment Methods" tab. Click on the add a card button.

Step 5: Enter New Card Details

You will be redirected to a secure page where you can manage your saved cards. Follow the on-screen prompts to add a new card. This will involve entering the card number, expiry date, CVV, and cardholder name.

Step 6: Save Changes

Once you have entered the new card details, ensure all information is correct and click the "Save" button to confirm the changes. Your new card will now be used for future Storbie subscription payments.

Important Notes:


  • Security: Storbie uses secure payment gateways to process card details. Your card information is encrypted and handled with the utmost care.

  • Confirmation: After successfully updating your card, you may receive a confirmation email.

  • Multiple Cards: Some Storbie plans may allow you to store multiple cards. You can then choose which card to use for payments.

  • Troubleshooting: If you experience any issues while updating your card, please contact Storbie support for assistance. Common issues might include incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or technical problems with the payment gateway.
