How Does the Inbox Work?
When you enable the Inbox feature, all messages submitted through forms on your website will be conveniently centralized in the Manage section of your Storbie dashboard. Instead of receiving form submissions via email, you can now access them directly within the Inbox area.
Key Benefits of the Inbox Feature:

  1. User-Friendly Message Management: With the Inbox, you can easily view, organize, and respond to messages from customers without having to sift through your email inbox. Messages are neatly displayed in chronological order, making it simple to stay on top of communication.
  2. Enhanced Security: By keeping customer messages within the Storbie platform, you can mitigate potential security risks associated with email communication. Storing sensitive customer data on your website helps safeguard against unauthorized access and ensures compliance with data protection regulations.
  3. Efficient Notification System: When a new message is received in the Inbox, a notification is automatically sent to the email address that the message would have been sent to. This ensures you never miss important customer inquiries or feedback, even if you're not actively logged into your Storbie dashboard.
  4. Seamless Integration: The Inbox seamlessly integrates with your existing Storbie workflow, providing a cohesive communication solution that complements your online store management tools.
How to Enable the Inbox Feature:
Enabling the Inbox feature is quick and easy. Simply email support@storbie.com, and we'll activate it for you.
 

Getting Started with the Inbox:
 
  1. Accessing Messages: To access messages in the Inbox, log in to your Storbie dashboard and navigate to the Manage section. Click on the Message tab to view a list of all incoming messages.

  2. Responding to Messages: To reply to a message, simply click on the message thread to open it. You can then copy the email address and send a response from an email service of your choice.

  3. Managing Messages: Use the Inbox's intuitive features to organize and manage your messages efficiently. Archive old messages, mark messages as in progress, or mark messages as completed. You can also filter messages by form, and date received.
