Now that you have the Dropshipping app added to your site and you've selected your shop stock priority, you can now connect with suppliers that have set up dropshipping.
1. In the Management area, go to the SUPPLIERS tab.
2. On the far right, you will see a new column titled DROPSHIPPING. For any suppliers that have dropshipping set up, you will see a Configure option in this column. Click this to set up dropshipping with this supplier.
Setting Stock Priority for Order Fulfilment
Similar to the settings you saw when you installed the dropshipping app, you will now be taken to stock priority settings, where you can select how you would like to use supplier stock for fulfilling dropshipping orders. This is specifically for supplier stock and determines where their stock may be used to fulfil orders.- If you would like to use supplier stock, make sure your stock priority is set to primary or lower, and keep individual supplier stock set as default. This means the supplier will fulfil the order.
- If you would like to use your stock, keep this set as default (pictured below) and ensure stock priority for individual suppliers is set to primary or lower. This means you will fulfil the order.
- If both your stock and supplier stock is set as default, the stock will automatically come from your shop.
Important to Note
If you have cost price markups enabled on your site, unit price on dropshipping products will be locked and the price will be synced through from the supplier. Your markups will still be applied to these products as they normally would be.
