You can see all of your subscriptions orders in the Subscriptions tab. Sometimes you may discontinue a service or halt stocking certain items that are included in subscription orders and will therefore need to cancel existing subscriptions.
NOTE: This feature is currently in beta, please get in touch with support@storbie.com if you want access to this new functionality.
1. In the Manage area click on the Customers View
2.Click on the Subscriptions tab
3. From here you can:
a. click cancel to end the Customer’s subscription
b. Tag Subscription orders
c. Click on a subscription order to see more details in the order page
