Storbie offers integration with Stripe payments. Stripe's payment platform lets you accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods, all without asking your customer to leave the site to make the payment. This support article details how to issue a refund with Stripe.

Step 1: Navigate to the orders tab

Step 2: Select the order you wish to refund


Step 3:Scroll down to the payments widget, and click "refund"


If the refund is successful, the following will appear


Do note, Storbie currently only supports full, and not partial refunds. This means that when issuing a refund this way you can only refund the entire order, rather than individual items.
