Abandoned Cart Emails
One of the biggest challenges for online retailers is to convert visitors into customers. But, sometimes visitors add products to their carts but fail to complete the purchase. This is known as an abandoned cart, and it can result in lost sales.
Fortunately, Storbie offers an abandoned cart email feature that can help you recover some of those lost sales. In this guide, we'll walk you through how to set up this feature and make the most of it.

Step 1: Under the manage section of your site, head to settings
Step 2: Under design and content, click order options
Step 3: Click configure order status emails
Step 4: Tick the box to enable abandoned cart emails, once you've enabled the feature, you can customize the abandoned cart email that will be sent to your customers.
Step 5: At the bottom of the page click finish, then publish to save changes
You can now start sending abandoned cart emails to your customers.
Notes:
- The email will be triggered 24 hours after the cart was abandoned
- It's great to add an incentive to the Abandoned Cart emails to help push the conversion. Examples of incentives could be -
- A product discount coupon and adding the coupon code in the email content.
- Create a free shipping offer with the use of a coupon code.
