You can use classifications to categorise your products. These classifications are based on the GS1 Global Product Classification, which defines a common set of categories that can be used for any product in any industry. This differs from product tags that you define yourself. Another key difference is that your products can only have a single classification assigned, whereas a product can be assigned any number of product tags.
