The Local Pickup app allows for streamlined Click and Collect functionality on your site by creating an entirely separate Pick Up feature in your checkout. When enabled it allows for a smoother order process for you and your customers.

NOTE: This feature is currently in beta, please get in touch with support@storbie.com if you want access to this new functionality.

1. Install the app by going to your Apps page in Settings

2. The pick up in store option will now be installed on to your website. Navigate to Settings > Ecommerce > Shipping to set up, edit or disable this application

 
3. To enable or disable this option, click on the Configure local pickup button in the Local Pickup settings


4. When the enable local pickup option is checked, you will see an option to enter a message which appears on the cart and in the checkout for customers during the purchase process

 
5. Once the desired message has been entered click Finish


6. Publish changes to save

 

The Pick up in store option will appear in the cart as below:




NOTE: If you want to set up the only pickup not the shipping, then you can select the option “We don’t ship products” in the shipping profile area, which is also on the Shipping page in Settings.
