Views:

You may wish to view existing bookings to help plan your day and keep track of upcoming appointments.

There are two ways to view your existing bookings, either by the Service or by Calendar.

To view bookings by Calendar -

1. In Manage click on your Bookings tab


2. Click on the Calendar Entries top menu item


3. If you are wanting to view a specific date, you can select the starting date of bookings to view. If you have multiple calendars, click on the calendar to filter bookings you are wanting to see.


4. Here you will see the view of all bookings for your selected day and calendar

5. You are able to click on the booking to see more information and/or alter the booking



 

To view bookings by Service -

1. In Manage click on your Bookings tab


2. Click on the Bookings top menu item

3. You can search for a service,  and/or search from a specific date


3. You will also be able to filter your view by service


4. To view more on the service details, or edit the service booking itself, you can click on the service


5. To view more information on the booking itself, whether the booking may have been paid for online, or if the customer is also click and collecting products when they come in store, you can click on the order number itself
