Views:

Customer Centric View provides you with a summarised view of the customers that have ordered from your website. Use this information to gain insight into customer purchasing behaviour and identify the customers that will be more likely to shop with you again.

Use Customer Centric View to:
•    Identify your top customers by spend and total order count
•    Easily track previous orders from an individual customer
•    View whether your customer has opted in to receive emails from your business, and use this information to target promotions and personalised communications to repeat customers

Not only will this feature allow you to keep track of customer information and data when they shop through your website – it will make eMarketing through your website easier for you to manage.

Note: This is a Beta feature, if you are interested in being a pilot customer please email support@storbie.com

Customer Signup to eMarketing

You can now ask customers if they would like to sign up to updates from your business, in checkout. This can be managed in Settings > Design and Content > Checkout Options > Customer Signup.

Here, you can select if you want customers to be prompted to sign up for emails, and whether or not they are signed up by default. You can also edit the title and how your signup prompt is phrased.

Make sure to select Finish and Publish Changes so this becomes effective on your live site.

Customer Centric View Tab

Each customer to place an order through your site will be given a customer profile, displaying their Email, Name, eMarketing Status, Last Order Date, Order Count and Product $ (Spend Amount). You will also see here that you can export / download your customer information from here too.

Each time they place an order under the same Email and Name, this information will automatically update for them.
