Distribution Lists
By default your form submissions will be sent to your contact email address. You can override this behaviour by creating a distribution list and assigning it to your form. Multiple email recipients can be assigned to a distribution list.
1. Head to Manage > Settings
2. Click on the Distribution Lists tab
3. Select Add New Distribution List
4. Enter the name of the distribution list, for example, you may want to create a group of emails that a quote request form will be sent to.
5. Enter the email addresses that you’d like to be included in this distribution list.
6. Click Finish
Add Distribution List to form:
1. Head to Manage > Settings
2. Click the Forms tab
3. Select Edit Fields for the form you want to apply the changes to.
4. Click the cog in the Settings area of the form
5. In the notification field, select the correct distribution list for this form from the drop-down list.
6. Click Finish
All submissions for this form will now be sent to the emails included in that distribution list.
