From time to time, you may want to display products on your site without having them available for purchase. Thanks to our product import/export feature, there’s an easy way to set several products to ‘enquire only’ at once. This feature is particularly useful for displaying pharmacist-only medicines on your site.  


To do this, you’ll first need to export the relevant products from your Storbie site via Product Export. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:

Note: if you only want to set certain products to ‘enquire only’, scroll down to the Exporting Selected Products part of the article.


Once the export has completed, open the .CSV file and follow these steps:

1. Find the Visibility column and enter EnquiryOnly



2. Click on the green button at the bottom right corner of the cell and drag it down. This will change the visibility of all those products to EnquiryOnly


3. Once all necessary products have had their visibility changed to EnquiryOnly, save and close the file.


You will then need to complete a Product Import back into your Storbie site. Instructions on how to do this can be found here: https://support.storbie.com/s/article/importing-products-2020-02-20-10-19-22


Once the import has been completed, Publish Changes and you’re good to go! All relevant products should now be showing as Enquire Only.
