When a customer places an order you will receive a notification email from us. The order will also be listed within the Orders tab in the Manage My Shop area.

The confirmation email will be sent to the contact address for your shop, which is set on the Shop Settings page in the Manage My Shop area.

If the customer has paid for the order using PayPal, then PayPal will send a payment confirmation email to the email address you have registered with them.
